You’ll need to think and act carefully to explore the apartment building to gather food, supplies, and weapons while navigating peril.

The halls are filled with strange and eerie characters, some human, some not. Combat is turn-based, where you fight over 150 grotesque creatures using makeshift weapons and tactics. When you are not fighting, you can rest, cook food, craft items, and interact with survivors who may become allies.

The atmosphere of the game is heavy and disturbing work, using body-horror assets to give you an expanded feeling near every moment. There are multiple endings, boss fights, and different choices to make each time you play.
