With this expansion, you will immerse yourself in the ZEPHON realm, with new characters, units, operations, quests, etc. You will encounter personalities such as The Twisted Mother and The Hollow Warlord that are eccentric and complicated, with different abilities and characteristics incorporated into the game.
The Twisted Mother has a very close relationship to the Voice, as she offers healing bonuses to adjacent allied units. She uses influence to buff her units and has abilities, such as Immaculate Delivery, to teleport units to allies. Her inconsistent personality causes her to be less desirable to independents.
The Hollow Warlord, on the other hand, is all about conquest. His soldiers thrive in battle, and every time they kill or die, your cities’ loyalty increases. His Horde Mandate grants bonuses to troops within a large area, boosting their attack and movement. But with this conquest comes a high upkeep for units in cities and outposts.
In addition to these characters, there are new units like Sharpshooters and Scramblers for the Humans, Devotees of Throkos and Amoetia’s Devourer for the Voice, and Cassiel Shredders and Ithuriel Harbinger for the Cyber faction.
